These general conditions, which the Montreux Jazz Festival reserves the right to modify at any time, apply to all orders placed via the website www.montreuxjazzshop.com
Orders, prices and delivery
The Montreux Jazz Festival Foundation undertakes to honor orders received via its website www.montreuxjazzshop.com within the limits of available stocks. Product prices are indicated on the website www.montreuxjazzshop.com. Prices are in Swiss francs, (CHF), all taxes included. The shipping costs mentioned on the website will be charged extra.
Orders are registered when the client receives confirmation by email. As soon as payment is received, a confirmation of purchase is sent by email and the delivery takes place.
Client is solely responsible of the payment of any tax such as but not limited to TVA, customs. Should the client refuse to pay taxes upon delivery, the package shall be destroyed by the deliverer and MJF will not be liable to any reimbursement.
Methods of payment
Payments can only be done by credit card. The cost of the order is only debited after stocks are checked and postal charges are adjusted.
Returns or exchanges
For any exchange or return, contact info@montreuxjazzshop.ch, within 10 days of receipt of the order, mentioning the order number and the reason for the return.
Posters cannot be returned or exchanged (except in case of a delivery error).
Vinyl recordings and DVDs can only be returned or exchanged in their original plastic packaging.
Children
We do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 you may use the Amazon Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Applicable law
For all matters not mentioned above, only Swiss law is applicable to any relations between the client and the Montreux Jazz Festival Foundation.
