DVD AVERAGE WHITE BAND – LIVE AT MONTREUX 1977

The Average White Band only performed at Montreux in 1977 but their concert was definitely one of the highlights of that year's festival. From the opening bars of their signature tune "Pick Up The Pieces" through a storming version of "I Heard It Through The Grapevine" at the end they hold the audience in the palm of their hand. In between they sprinkle hits such as "Work To Do", "A Love Of Your Own" and "Cut The Cake".

With Roger Ball, keyboards, alto saxophone; Alan Gorie, bass, vocals; Onnie McIntire, guitar, vocals, Steve Ferrone, drums, percussion, M "Molly" Duncan, tenor saxophone, Hamish Stuart, guitar.
